Natasha is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and has worked exclusively in family law since 2014. Natasha was admitted as a Solicitor in New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 2015. Natasha also holds a Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law.
Natasha previously worked as a Legal Associate to two Judges of the Family Court of Australia (as it then was). Her roles at the Court have given her invaluable knowledge as to the inner workings of the Court system and procedures related to the family law matters, and unique insight into the expectations of the judiciary.
Natasha is experienced in all areas of family law, including but not limited to:
Property settlement including with complex structures, valuation issues and assets held overseas;
Parenting and children’s issues including with an Independent Children’s Lawyer;
Spousal maintenance disputes;
Parenting matters involving family violence, sexual abuse, mental health issues, drug and/or alcohol misuse, and criminal proceedings;
Matters involving a third party, including acting for grandparents in parenting matters;
Urgent recovery orders of children;
Relocation of children;
Overseas travel;
Child support disputes including paternity cases;
Appeals and reviews;
Financial Agreements including prior to marriage or entering into a de facto relationship.
Natasha has a particular interest in complex property matters for high net worth families with complex ownership structures.
Natasha is focused on achieving results for her clients with least impact of stress and financial strain. Natasha will take a practical approach to finding resolutions for her clients and is experienced in representing clients at Mediations and before the Court.
Natasha was formerly the Vice-Chair of the NSW Young Lawyers Family Law Committee. Natasha is a member of the Law Society of NSW, NSW Young Lawyers and the Family Law Section of the Law Council.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business, majoring in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney.
